Additional Terms and Conditions for our Premium Plans
These conditions are in addition to the General Terms & Conditions available on the Suppree Tuition website. By subscribing to any tuition package, you agree to the following:
1. Minimum Subscription Length & Renewal
The minimum subscription period for all tuition packages is 4 weeks.
After the initial 4-week period, your chosen package will automatically roll over unless Suppree Tuition is notified of cancellation via 07356 052 445.
2. Access to Additional Services
Tutors will remind students of the services and perks available within their package.
It is the responsibility of both the student and parent/guardian to request and arrange these services at a convenient time.
3. Perks and Service Availability
Any included perks or additional services cannot be rolled over into future months if unused.
Perks are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
4. Gold Package – Additional Conditions
30-minute Exam Rescue Session:
Available once per academic term (resets every 3 months).
Cannot be combined, rolled over, or transferred to another student.
Students subscribed to the Gold package must be having weekly tuition sessions to access Gold-specific perks.
5. Missed Sessions
Standard missed session rules, as stated in the General Terms & Conditions, apply.
