These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of revision notes (“Notes”) provided by Suppree Tuition (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the purchaser (“you”, “your”). By purchasing and downloading our Notes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Product

1.1 The Notes are sold as digital content in PDF format.
1.2 The Notes are intended as a supplementary study aid and are not a replacement for formal teaching or examination specifications.

2. Licence and Use

2.1 When you purchase the Notes, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own private study.
2.2 You must not:

• Share, distribute, resell, or otherwise make the Notes available to others in any form (including printing copies for others, emailing, file sharing, or posting online).

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Notes.

• Use the Notes for commercial purposes such as tutoring services without our prior written consent.
  2.3 Any breach of these conditions will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Notes and may result in legal action for breach of copyright.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All intellectual property rights in the Notes, including copyright, remain the property of Suppree Tuition.
3.2 You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to the Notes under licence, and not ownership of the underlying content.

4. Payment and Delivery

4.1 Full payment is required before the Notes are delivered.
4.2 Once payment has been confirmed, the Notes will be provided to you via email or download link.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 As the Notes are digital content supplied immediately upon purchase, you will not have a right to cancel or request a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once delivery has begun.
5.2 Refunds will only be provided if the Notes are not delivered, are corrupted, or cannot be accessed despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We do not guarantee any specific academic results or examination grades from the use of the Notes.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Notes.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
